Lead the start-up, installation, maintenance, and ongoing site operations of a proton therapy center in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Lead approximately 10 engineers during site installation and maintenance.
- Coordinate site activities and manage project priorities.
- Manage logistics, materials, storage, supplies, and subcontractor relationships.
- Ensure the contracted scope is delivered according to compliance, technical performance, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Establish quality processes and maintain quality-control procedures and documentation.
- Prepare budget reports, document site activities, and develop improvement plans.
- Maintain effective communication with customers.
- Supervise the team and manage workforce planning, time policies, and related personnel tasks.
- Promote a high-performance culture and motivate the team.
Requisitos
- Master’s degree in engineering, such as electronics, electromechanics, or mechanics, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership and people-management experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong technical experience in proton therapy or a relevant subsystem, with practical application skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Results-driven, customer-oriented, committed to motivating and empowering a team.
Se valora
- Willingness to travel extensively during an approximately six-month training period.
- Experience with proton therapy or a relevant technical subsystem.
