Join a global financial platform’s delivery team to lead technical Salesforce projects and manage the Salesforce team’s scope across business applications and integrations.
Responsabilidades
- Own and manage the Salesforce team’s scope of work, balancing feature requests with larger project initiatives.
- Lead cross-organizational Salesforce projects from discovery and design through implementation and hyper-care.
- Create project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions, own requirements and solution design, and collaborate with developers.
- Drive technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and align business and technical stakeholders.
- Run project ceremonies, maintain delivery progress, and manage trade-offs as priorities change.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Sales Cloud.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and engage credibly with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk.
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
- Proactive use of AI tools across project delivery, including discovery, analysis, solution design, and execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
