Lead the development and transfer of new testers, jigs, and fixtures for new products, from early design through final delivery within NPI processes.
Responsabilidades
- Manage multidisciplinary projects from early design through final delivery.
- Coordinate internal engineering, logistics, and operations interfaces.
- Manage, guide, and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, partners, and internal resources.
- Resolve engineering and design issues with suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Define and write technical requirements, Statements of Work, and work procedures.
- Manage product plans, engineering changes, and project documentation in PLM systems.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management and/or engineering.
- Experience designing and developing tools, machines, jigs, fixtures, or test equipment.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Knowledge of hardware and mechanical engineering design methods, workflows, and constraints.
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management systems.
- Professional written and spoken fluency in English and Hebrew.
- Strong analytical, logical, and mathematical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with technical troubleshooting, computer applications, internet tools, and advanced AI tools.
