Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs for autonomous vehicle products. Coordinate technical planning, execution, delivery, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and process improvements across engineering teams.
Responsabilidades
- Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and enablement for critical programs.
- Manage cross-functional product development from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities across engineering teams.
- Set priorities and remove technical or organizational blockers.
- Communicate program performance, outcomes, risks, and blockers to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Define program metrics and track delivery results.
- Identify and implement engineering team process improvements.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- At least 5 years of enterprise software, technical program management, or engineering management experience in a technology company.
- At least 8 years of experience managing or leading software development teams for embedded systems, including Linux-based, real-time, camera, or sensor-based systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex algorithms, platform capabilities, and customer requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to travel internationally.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.
