Lead execution across complex autonomous-driving technology projects by establishing governance, coordinating interdependent technical teams, managing risks, and providing decision-oriented reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Establish execution governance, operating standards, and reporting cadences
- Build and maintain integrated plans covering milestones, ownership, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate R&D groups, technical project managers, architects, and system engineers
- Lead technical discussions, resolve blockers, and align cross-functional workstreams
- Manage risks and escalations across software, systems, development infrastructure, testing, and customer programs
- Provide concise, decision-oriented status reporting to management
- Improve execution through automated reporting, live status views, and AI-assisted workflows
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of project management, program management, or comparable experience with complex technology products
- Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand technical details while maintaining a portfolio-level perspective
- Experience leading through influence and driving decisions without direct authority
- Experience working with distributed teams and highly interdependent technical programs
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
