Lead complex hybrid cloud transformation projects for enterprise clients, coordinating engineering teams and ensuring delivery against technical, financial, and operational objectives.
Responsabilidades
- Own hybrid cloud project delivery from kickoff and discovery through architecture, migration, and handover
- Manage enterprise client and partner relationships, expectations, communication, and risks
- Coordinate Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Systems Specialists
- Plan resources and capacity across cross-functional engineering teams
- Manage budgets, billable utilization, statements of work, scope changes, and profitability
- Facilitate technical reviews, resolve bottlenecks, and align business stakeholders with engineering teams
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in software, IT professional services, or cloud environments
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or migration projects
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and on-premises integration
- Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent military technology experience
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving skills
Se valora
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification
- Experience with generative AI tools, Excel VBA, dashboard design, and KPI metrics
