Responsabilidades
- Plan and manage software development projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate R&D, DevOps, product, and architecture teams to maintain delivery momentum.
- Track and report project progress using JIRA and related project management tools.
- Own delivery risks, budgets, stakeholder reporting, and customer communications.
- Manage customer expectations, scope, escalations, and steering discussions.
- Improve project management processes and Agile practices across teams.
- Keep software delivery aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software project management experience.
- Proven ownership of software delivery projects from planning through release, including scope, scheduling, and resourcing.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, ceremonies, velocity, and capacity planning.
- Customer-facing delivery experience, including status reporting, expectation and scope management, escalations, and steering discussions.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience managing timelines, resource allocation, cross-project dependencies, and multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience identifying and mitigating delivery risks, tracking budgets, and producing stakeholder reporting.
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate on architecture, environments, and release processes with R&D, DevOps, and architecture teams.
Se valora
- Experience in software services, outsourcing, or consulting environments with multiple projects and clients.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working with senior or C-level management.
- Experience introducing or improving Agile processes.
- Fluent Hebrew.
