Manage quality across complex aerospace conversion and upgrade projects, coordinating internal functions, customers, civil aviation authorities, and senior management.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, supervise, and control quality activities for complex projects
- Coordinate quality matters across business-line and divisional functions
- Work with customers and civil aviation authorities
- Lead review committees, preventive-action committees, and investigations
- Support production processes and prepare project quality reports
- Analyze and improve processes and write procedures
- Lead quality issue resolution and initiate corrective solutions
- Define project-specific metrics and control methods
- Analyze results and initiate corrective action
- Drive continuous improvement and handle complaints
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, aeronautical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Professional experience in quality management
- High-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
Se valora
- Quality education or CQE certification
- Aerospace industry experience
- Experience with aircraft conversions or modifications
- Experience working with civil aviation authorities
