Lead multimillion-scale, multidisciplinary defense system projects from development and production through customer implementation. Coordinate engineering, operations, finance, subcontractors, customers, and matrixed teams.
Responsabilidades
- Manage projects across development, production, and customer implementation
- Own overall project delivery across engineering, operations, and finance functions
- Manage customer relationships and project communications
- Control project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional work teams and matrixed personnel
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, exact sciences, or business administration
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Experience working with subcontractors and customers
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing matrixed personnel
- Professional English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to travel internationally and work overtime
