Senior Project Manager – Military Systems

Lead multiple development and serial-production projects for energy, cooling, and air-conditioning systems serving military platforms. Coordinate customers, development and operations teams, subcontractors, and cross-functional stakeholders from development through production.
Responsabilidades
- Manage several development and serial-production projects in parallel
- Own project budgets, work plans, and milestone delivery
- Manage risks and lead cross-organizational processes
- Represent projects to customers and subcontractors
- Coordinate teams and stakeholders in a matrix structure
- Work with customers in Israel and abroad
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Previous experience managing system-development projects
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to lead teams and multiple interfaces in a matrix organization
- Willingness to work under pressure and travel internationally
Se valora
- Familiarity with air-conditioning systems or diesel engines
- Experience working with the Israel Defense Forces or Ministry of Defense
- Armored corps or ordnance military background
