Manage a business project providing customer support services for the avionics systems of a training aircraft operated by a foreign air force. Own the customer interface, commercial objectives, budget, proposals, reporting, and operational performance.
Responsabilidades
- Manage a business project delivering customer support services for training-aircraft avionics systems.
- Lead the full interface with the military customer.
- Track commercial objectives, contractual sales, profitability, turnaround times, and quality.
- Manage the project budget and coordinate work through SAP and CRM systems.
- Prepare complex quotations and develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate system upgrade-related customer requests.
- Provide consistent project reporting and resolve operational, budgetary, and system issues.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Native-level English required.
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems required.
- Knowledge of the aviation sector required.
- Experience or knowledge in systems development and integration, service contracts, quotations, service methodologies, operational excellence, KPIs, SLAs, and knowledge development and retention required.
- Willingness to travel internationally required.
