Responsabilidades
- Lead strategic project/program management for customer onboarding and post-launch support.
- Act as primary interface between regional customers and internal stakeholders, using local market expertise.
- Develop subject matter expertise in market delivery to influence stakeholders and drive goals.
- Execute complex delivery tasks, including readiness assessments, training coordination, and testing.
- Support integration of new products and solutions into the global implementation framework.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Provide technical and project management expertise during pre-launch and post-launch.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
Requisitos
- Understanding of the payment ecosystem and related products/services.
- Project management skills.
- Native proficiency in Hebrew and fluent English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide technical advice.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
