Responsabilidades
- Lead construction projects from preparation through field execution.
- Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain project schedules, quality requirements, milestones, and delivery targets.
- Conduct site visits and provide operational input during planning.
- Create work plans, set priorities, and track execution.
- Manage multiple projects and monitor milestones.
- Identify blockers and delays early and lead field solutions.
- Run status meetings and track and close punch lists.
- Coordinate planning teams, field teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Document tasks and project progress using Jira and project-management systems.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience managing operational projects, execution, or field supervision in engineering, construction, or infrastructure.
- Practical experience managing field work and contractors.
- Significant electrical or energy-sector background through project experience or electrical engineering education.
- Relevant engineering or engineering technician qualification in electrical, civil/building, industrial engineering and management, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing schedules and milestones across multiple complex projects.
- Experience working with subcontractors and engineering teams.
- Experience using Jira, CRM systems, and project-management platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites nationwide.
- Flexibility to work according to project needs.
Se valora
- Experience with battery energy storage systems, solar installations, or industrial-scale energy infrastructure.
- Familiarity with commissioning and handover processes for energy facilities.
- Knowledge of transformers, inverters, switchboards, and related electrical infrastructure.
