Senior Project Manager, Communications Systems

Lead manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and production-transfer projects for communications systems used in defense platforms. Coordinate engineering, logistics teams, subcontractors, and customers across Israel and international locations. International travel may be required.
Responsabilidades
- Own manufacturing processes and supply chain activities across multiple projects.
- Coordinate synchronization reviews with systems engineering and delivery schedules with customers.
- Create work plans and track task progress and execution.
- Manage logistics teams responsible for production processes across multiple domestic and international subcontractors.
- Lead global knowledge-transfer and production-transfer campaigns.
- Manage internal manufacturing processes, purchase orders, procurement budgets, product receipt, inspection, and customer deliveries.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering and management.
- At least 3 years of experience managing manufacturing projects or new product introduction (NPI) and development-to-production transfers.
- Experience with RF and electronic components.
- Experience leading cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Fluent English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong organization, planning, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
