Senior Project Manager – Aviation Systems

Lead end-to-end development and integration projects for advanced aviation systems in a defense environment, coordinating technical teams, customers, suppliers, and commercial activities.
Responsabilidades
- Lead projects from initiation and development through integration, flight testing, implementation, and operational delivery.
- Own project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and overall performance.
- Manage customer interfaces, status reviews, changes, expectations, and satisfaction.
- Support proposals, tender responses, pricing activities, pre-sales, and negotiations.
- Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and customer demonstrations.
- Lead matrix teams across systems engineering, software, hardware, avionics, operations, finance, procurement, and quality.
- Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and critical issues while maintaining project continuity.
Requisitos
- Mandatory academic degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or significant operational experience with strong technological orientation.
- At least 3 years of experience in complex project management, program management, or systems engineering in the defense industry.
- Experience leading hardware and software technology projects from requirements definition through integration and delivery.
- Experience with business, commercial, and technical negotiations.
- Familiarity with defense procurement, contract management, and government or military customers.
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High-level English for technical, business, and marketing discussions.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
