Responsabilidades
- Manage manufacturing subcontracting projects involving production tools, jigs, fixtures, and complex precision assemblies
- Manage domestic and international suppliers, including sourcing, evaluation, qualification, and development of new suppliers
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations covering cost, delivery schedules, and quality requirements
- Coordinate matrixed collaboration with engineering, quality, planning and control, manufacturing, and project management teams
- Present project status, risks, and action plans to senior management and customers
- Update ERP systems, analyze data, produce reports, and track performance metrics
- Conduct professional supplier visits and business travel in Israel and abroad
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in supplier management, project management, procurement, or manufacturing subcontracting
- Experience managing complex projects and leading matrixed interfaces
- Strong technical understanding and ability to read mechanical drawings
- Proven commercial and technical negotiation experience
- Very high-level English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
