Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI engagements for a B2B SaaS platform. Own project plans, customer relationships, delivery governance, cross-functional coordination, and successful production rollouts from kickoff through UAT and hypercare.
Responsabilidades
- Own project plans and customer relationships across enterprise delivery engagements
- Lead delivery pods and coordinate engineers, solution architects, product teams, and enterprise stakeholders
- Manage governance, RAID logs, change requests, UAT readiness, hypercare, and production rollout
- Establish and validate customer preconditions and delivery gates
- Manage customer escalations and determine when executive escalation is required
- Translate business requirements into scalable workflow plans
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of professional project or program management experience
- Experience delivering complex enterprise programs in software, SaaS, or consulting environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive and business audiences
- Ability to manage scope, timelines, delivery risks, and change requests
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for on-site customer engagements
