An engineering and systems organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead significant technology-focused projects from definition through successful customer delivery. The role coordinates development, production, support disciplines, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Responsabilidades
- Lead major engineering and systems projects at the organizational level, from definition through customer delivery.
- Coordinate administrative stakeholders, development and production partners, supporting disciplines, and subsystem teams.
- Draft customer-supplier agreements and establish project work plans.
- Manage project budgets, multidisciplinary execution, and risks.
- Drive the work plan through engineering and production delivery while maintaining schedule, performance, and cost targets.
- Represent organizational management and mobilize internal departments and subcontractors to meet delivery objectives.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or mechanical engineering.
- At least five years of development experience.
- At least two years of multidisciplinary project management experience covering both development and production.
- Experience leading employee teams and subcontractors.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while making objective, practical decisions.
- Assertive, goal-oriented approach with initiative and creative problem-solving.
- Willingness to work intensively.
