An independent energy producer is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for its Haifa office. The role manages engineering projects supporting offshore operations and FPSO assets, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects for offshore operations, including FPSO units.
- Define project requirements, scope, and objectives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress.
- Manage personnel, equipment, and material resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety and integrity mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide technical support to project teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Identify process improvements and cost-optimization opportunities.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- High level of English.
- Strong project management, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Se valora
- Professional engineering license, preferably PE.
- Experience in offshore operations, FPSO units, or subsea engineering.
- Degree in mechanical, civil, or petroleum engineering.
