Lead BTP/offset projects that transfer and replicate production lines at overseas manufacturers for an electronic, microwave, and mechanical systems organization.
Responsabilidades
- Manage projects for transferring and replicating production lines to overseas manufacturers.
- Coordinate internal plant and division interfaces across engineering, quality, configuration management, operations, procurement, and logistics.
- Support the identification and selection of manufacturers with the procurement function.
- Establish manufacturing and testing infrastructure at selected facilities.
- Transfer production and procurement documentation.
- Develop training plans.
- Support production lines from prototype through serial production using managerial and technical control processes.
Requisitos
- Technician, practical engineer, or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, or electronics.
- At least 3 years of proven project management experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with engineering and manufacturing information systems such as TCE and SAP.
- Fluent English for written and spoken communication.
