Lead HR information systems projects, including an Oracle EBS HR migration to a cloud-based HR platform. Analyze business processes, design solutions, and coordinate stakeholders, vendors, development teams, and HR users through implementation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead HR information systems projects, including migration from Oracle EBS HR to a cloud-based HR system.
- Analyze HR business processes and design solutions within HR systems.
- Write business and functional requirements documents.
- Collaborate with the HR division, key users, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate development teams and vendors from solution design through go-live.
- Provide professional and project leadership for HR staff and implementation teams.
- Lead SIT and UAT testing, implementation, and user training.
- Manage interfaces with additional organizational systems.
- Initiate and lead improvements to systems and work processes.
Requisitos
- Required academic education in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing information systems projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis.
- Significant experience with Oracle HR, Oracle EBS HR, or Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience writing business and functional requirements documents.
- Experience leading projects with business stakeholders and vendors.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes.
- Experience providing professional or project leadership to employees or implementation teams.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills, with the ability to work independently, make decisions, manage multiple processes, and meet deadlines.
Se valora
- Experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud or other integration solutions.
- Experience with data conversion and interface management.
