Lead multiple hardware development projects across product generations, coordinating engineering, product, manufacturing, supply chain, and executive stakeholders from concept through production release.
Responsabilidades
- Lead concurrent hardware projects from concept through production release.
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Manage the hardware project portfolio, roadmap priorities, resource constraints, and interdependencies.
- Coordinate hardware design, PCB development, ASIC integration, mechanical engineering, signal integrity, validation, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and product management.
- Drive cross-functional accountability, communication, and decision-making.
- Identify risks, dependencies, schedule conflicts, and resource bottlenecks; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage issue resolution, escalations, and readiness for architecture reviews, design reviews, EVT, DVT, PVT, manufacturing release, and customer deliveries.
- Maintain project dashboards and provide status, risk, mitigation, and recovery reporting to engineering and executive leadership.
- Balance short-term execution with long-term hardware roadmap and strategic objectives.
Requisitos
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of project management experience in hardware development organizations.
- Track record managing large, multidisciplinary hardware projects.
- Strong understanding of hardware development from architecture through production.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering organizations.
- Strong planning, organization, execution, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Se valora
- Hardware engineering or technical product development background.
- Experience in networking, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or data center systems.
- Familiarity with high-speed networking, switching, optical technologies, ASIC systems, and complex board designs.
- Understanding of manufacturing, NPI, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with ODMs, contract manufacturers, or global development teams.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
