Lead multiple end-to-end custom machinery and automation projects from concept through delivery. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, schedules, budgets, quality, risk, engineering, manufacturing, and on-site integration.
Responsabilidades
- Lead projects from initial requirements and concept development through manufacturing, assembly, integration, and delivery.
- Own project milestones, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management.
- Coordinate mechanical design, R&D, controls, procurement, finance, manufacturing, assembly, and integration activities.
- Act as the primary client contact, leading status meetings, presenting concepts, resolving issues, and aligning technical and commercial expectations.
- Analyze customer requirements, develop initial machine concepts, estimate resources and schedules, and support pricing and technical proposals.
- Resolve technical challenges across design, manufacturing, and integration phases.
- Perform hands-on CAD modeling, mechanism evaluation, and layout or illustration work when required.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of combined experience in mechanical design and engineering project management within machinery, automation, robotics, or integrated systems.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical design and machine building.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and finance.
- High-level written and spoken Hebrew and English.
- Availability for a part-time role in Israel.
Se valora
- Experience leading an R&D team of five or more people.
- Background in custom-made or turnkey assembly machinery.
- Project leadership experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or defense sectors.
- Familiarity with machine vision, control systems, motion control, and robotics.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, bills of materials, and engineering cost calculations.
