Lead and coordinate construction support activities for large-scale high-tech and process facility projects in Kiryat Gat, Israel. Partner with engineering leaders, clients, designers, contractors, and project teams throughout execution.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate construction support activities with engineering managers, lead engineers, client representatives, designers, contractors, and project managers.
- Analyze data and trends, prepare KPIs and metrics, and report on construction support performance.
- Identify project risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead progress reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Evaluate issues, plan corrective actions, and monitor their completion against construction priorities.
- Prepare and present weekly status reports to management.
- Manage on-site construction support and provide timely technical solutions to field and execution challenges.
- Monitor activities against project plans and schedules.
- Develop understanding of project execution and construction processes.
Requisitos
- Engineering degree from a recognized academic institution.
- Proven experience in construction and commissioning of manufacturing facilities in industrial plants.
- Prior people management experience.
- Experience with team management, schedule planning, and work-plan development.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, coordination, communication, presentation, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and work management systems.
- Strong system-level and integrative thinking, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
