Lead end-to-end business projects in tactical air defense and related defense systems, working with customers in Israel and abroad, internal matrix teams, and subcontractors.
Responsabilidades
- Manage defense projects from initiation through completion.
- Lead business projects for customers in Israel and internationally.
- Coordinate with internal matrix functions and subcontractors.
- Manage project finances and provide periodic reports to management.
- Own the customer relationship throughout the project.
- Participate in project-related marketing activities.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience managing business projects.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading matrix teams across multiple interfaces.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Very good English communication skills in writing, reading, and speaking.
