Lead the end-to-end development, integration, deployment, and production release of automated and special test equipment for advanced electro-optical products. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors while managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and acceptance.
Responsabilidades
- Lead test equipment development projects from characterization through manufacturing release
- Define system requirements, architecture, interfaces, test plans, and validation strategies
- Coordinate hardware, software, firmware, optics, mechanics, electronics, manufacturing, and quality activities
- Translate customer requirements into system specifications and technical solutions
- Manage subcontractor scope, design reviews, schedules, and acceptance testing
- Lead equipment integration, deployment, production-floor support, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop measurement methodologies, automated test tools, and data analysis pipelines
- Manage project planning, budgets, risks, schedules, and delivery
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience developing, integrating, and deploying ATE or STE with integrated hardware and software
- Experience with system engineering for complex hardware-software systems
- Experience authoring system requirements, product requirements, specifications, and architecture documents
- Hands-on hardware, software, or firmware development and complex system debugging experience
- Experience managing subcontractors across multiple technical disciplines
- Strong project management, leadership, autonomy, and system-level perspective
- Ability to obtain security clearance
