Responsabilidades
- Lead the airborne-systems project from contract signing through customer delivery.
- Drive major development activities integrating mission systems and weapon capabilities.
- Manage the technological, business, and marketing aspects of customer proposals.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate their ongoing activities.
- Lead cross-functional work across systems engineering, software, mechanical, and hardware disciplines.
- Plan and monitor work programs, procurement processes, deliveries, and project risks.
Requisitos
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities is relevant.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, work plans, procurement, delivery, and project risks.
- Ability to lead across systems engineering, software, mechanical, and hardware disciplines.
