Lead production and customer-delivery projects for UAV and aerospace systems at an Israeli defense manufacturing site. Own delivery plans, operational coordination, and development-to-production transitions.
Responsabilidades
- Lead production and delivery projects for aerospace systems.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for customer delivery plans.
- Lead the operational integrated product team and manage work plans against quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Manage new product introduction and the transition from development to production.
- Coordinate subcontractors and complex operational interfaces.
- Act as the focal point between program, technical, and operational stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
- At least 5 years of experience with manufacturing processes and development-to-production transfer.
- Experience with PLM and ERP systems, budget-control tools, MS Project, and risk-management methodologies.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure, act assertively, take initiative, and drive cross-functional teams.
Se valora
- Technical understanding or experience with UAVs or aerospace systems.
- Previous project management experience.
