A consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to support major infrastructure projects from planning through completion and ongoing operations.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor projects from planning through completion.
- Build and track work plans, tasks, milestones, and schedules.
- Track budgets, deliverables, and project status.
- Coordinate project managers, teams, clients, suppliers, and consultants.
- Organize meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Identify gaps and blockers and drive cross-functional teams toward completion.
- Manage project documentation and information.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience in project controls, planning, and monitoring, preferably in infrastructure.
- Experience supporting and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing work plans, tasks, milestones, and schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics, or business administration.
- Strong ability to coordinate stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, systems thinking, interpersonal skills, and assertiveness.
