Lead client projects for a digital asset infrastructure provider, from scoping and onboarding through launch and ongoing delivery. Coordinate client stakeholders, vendors, and internal product and technology teams.
Responsabilidades
- Manage client communication from kickoff through go-live and ongoing delivery.
- Lead projects end to end, including scoping, timelines, milestones, onboarding, and launches.
- Track deliverables, identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, integrations, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Translate client needs into requirements for product and technology teams and track delivery.
- Coordinate clients, vendors, and internal teams; run status updates and stakeholder reviews.
- Improve client delivery processes as the business scales.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, client success, or technical account management.
- Strong understanding of crypto and digital assets, including wallets, custody, stablecoins, on/off-ramps, blockchain networks, and related vendors.
- Technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation, understand system flows, and communicate with developers.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and integrations.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; able to build client trust and remain calm under pressure.
Se valora
- Experience at a crypto infrastructure company, PSP, EMI, or bank.
- Background in compliance or KYC/AML processes.
