Manage interfaces across contractors, stakeholders, project packages, design teams, and railway subsystems for large-scale high-speed rail projects.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the overall design programme and governance processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and project interfaces.
- Implement and maintain the Interface Management process.
- Manage the Interface Register and Interface Control Documents.
- Lead design reviews and design assurance activities.
- Chair interface coordination meetings.
- Monitor interface risks and resolution actions.
- Ensure closure of interface-related issues.
- Maintain configuration control and design baseline integrity.
- Ensure compliance with railway standards, safety requirements, and operational requirements.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Experience managing technical aspects of high-value, large-scale engineering projects.
- Expertise in quality control and assurance processes.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering compliance and safety standards.
- Ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage technical risks.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to perform strategic planning and address complex technical challenges.
