Lead end-to-end retail and ERP implementation projects for customers across fashion, supermarkets, fuel stations, and general retail. Manage delivery from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support while translating business needs into specifications, workflows, and practical system solutions.,
Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end retail and ERP implementation projects, including plans, timelines, resources, risks, blockers, status reporting, and go-live activities
- Coordinate customers, vendors, development, implementation, and support teams
- Lead business-process discovery, current-state mapping, future-state planning, and requirements analysis
- Write BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process documents, and functional specifications
- Specify retail and loyalty workflows across POS, ERP, promotions, reporting, coupons, points, gift cards, wallets, and campaigns
- Use Odoo retail modules and perform basic configuration and process adjustments
- Partner with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reports, automations, and workflow changes
- Support testing, UAT, customer validation, training, and go-live preparation
- Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, requirements breakdown, work planning, analysis, and solution development while validating outputs
- Identify gaps between customer processes and system capabilities and lead practical change-management solutions
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of project management experience in information systems, ERP, software, or systems implementation
- Experience writing business and product requirements documents, user stories, process documentation, or functional specifications
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Strong independent project management and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal Hebrew and English
- Strong customer-facing communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Se valora
- Experience with Odoo implementation, configuration, specification, or project leadership
- Retail, fashion, supermarket, fuel station, or POS project experience
- Experience with SAP, Priority, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or similar ERP systems
- Experience with loyalty programs, coupons, gift cards, or retail CRM and marketing automation
- Experience leading specification workshops, training, and go-live activities
- Hands-on AI use for specification, documentation, analysis, or development
- Basic SQL and data-structure knowledge
- Basic programming or logic knowledge, such as Python or JavaScript
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, reports, and system structures
- Relevant bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management, information systems, business, computer science, or a related field
