Responsabilidades
- Manage a major international flare program covering existing-product sales and advanced flare development for aircraft protection
- Manage pyrotechnic component projects for domestic customers from initial engagement through delivery and ongoing service
- Lead responses to RFI and RFP processes
- Negotiate with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare project plans and budgets and manage progress and profitability
- Coordinate engineering, production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams
- Ensure technical, financial, quality, schedule, security, and customer-satisfaction objectives are met
- Comply with Ministry of Defense and Air Force procedures and security requirements
- Document and report program status to management throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct final project reviews
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or business administration
- Experience managing projects for security organizations and international customers
- High-level English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure across multiple stakeholders
