Lead program management for laser designator products from contract to delivery. Build customer relationships, manage work plans, and lead cross-functional teams. Identify business opportunities and ensure successful execution in the defense electro-optical field.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee full program lifecycle from contract signing to delivery and customer support
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships
- Develop and manage work plans within resource constraints
- Identify and pursue business development and marketing opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams across development, manufacturing, and procurement
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or exact sciences
- Experience managing and leading complex projects/processes
- Experience in delivering presentations and writing technical and managerial documents
- Experience in direct interface with end users and customers
- Experience managing programs/products in the electro-optical field for OEMs
- Familiarity with observation, designation, and target acquisition systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lead business development and marketing activities with international customers
- Independent learning skills and out-of-the-box thinking
- Willingness to travel abroad
- High level of English (spoken and written)
