Responsabilidades
- Own digital, Web, and CRM projects from planning and requirements definition through launch and ongoing monitoring.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into advanced technology solutions.
- Prepare functional requirements documents and interpret technical specifications.
- Lead project planning, delivery, system changes, and quality control across the project lifecycle.
Requisitos
- Proven management experience leading marketing, digital, and Web projects.
- Experience writing functional requirements specifications and understanding technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of business processes in marketing, sales, lead management, and service-center environments.
- Ability to identify needs, define requirements, provide business interpretation, and monitor project execution throughout all stages.
