Lead manufacturing projects for aerospace and missile systems, coordinating engineering, quality, procurement, and production teams from project initiation through execution and delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Manage manufacturing projects from initiation and kickoff through execution
- Coordinate extensively with engineering and development teams
- Manage and control project budgets, including quotations
- Track and report project progress against goals and work plans
- Monitor planned versus actual budget performance and prepare reports
- Resolve problems and address issues throughout the manufacturing process
- Translate project work into actionable tasks for the production floor
- Coordinate engineering, quality, procurement, and production stakeholders to deliver products on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, or electrical and electronics engineering
- At least 2 years of experience managing manufacturing projects
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Strong technical understanding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project
- Good technical English
