Join a gaming technology company’s R&D team to coordinate Agile delivery for web-based products. You will work across engineering, design, QA, and product to support reliable, on-time feature and release delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain team structure and focus.
- Coordinate product, design, engineering, and QA teams to remove blockers.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and identify risks early.
- Report team status, updates, and risks to product leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and a culture of feedback.
- Own and optimize Jira workflows, ticket clarity, and process efficiency.
- Align team efforts with business goals and communicate clear priorities.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead in a web technology environment.
- General understanding of modern web stacks and workflows, including APIs, frontend frameworks, and CI/CD.
- Experience coordinating developers, designers, QA specialists, and product teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
