Join an R&D project management team supporting multidisciplinary projects for a manufacturer of power supplies and communication systems serving defense, aerospace, and civil aviation markets.
Responsabilidades
- Support projects from initiation through delivery.
- Build, track, and maintain project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate activities across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation plans.
- Drive assigned tasks independently and ensure timely execution.
- Assist senior project managers with complex projects.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, PMO, operations, engineering, or a related role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Good English communication skills.
- Technical orientation and motivation to develop a project management career.
Se valora
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or defense environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- Experience as a PMO, systems engineer, technical coordinator, or engineering professional transitioning into project management.
