Coordinate HVAC projects from confirmed sale through installation, commissioning, warranty activation, and post-installation customer support. This is a full-time, on-site role in Beit Shemesh, working Sunday through Thursday on a schedule supporting US business hours.
Responsabilidades
- Initiate project workflows from confirmed sales orders and communicate installation timelines and next steps to customers.
- Coordinate customers, installers, sales teams, developers, and other stakeholders throughout each project.
- Track progress, identify risks or delays, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Schedule installer training and distribute manuals, certification forms, and project documentation.
- Coordinate mock-up installations, pre-installation inspections, quality checks, and certification requirements.
- Oversee third-party installation representatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collect commissioning documentation and verify project completeness before warranty activation.
- Maintain accurate project records while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate post-installation maintenance guidance, troubleshooting, and customer follow-up.
- Help improve project workflows, coordination processes, and installation standards.
Requisitos
- Up to 3 years of experience in project management or customer management.
- Native-level English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Professional communication skills for working with customers, installers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
- Proactive problem-solving, ownership, and reliable follow-through.
- Strong attention to detail when tracking requirements and maintaining documentation.
- Ability to learn technical products, installation processes, and company procedures.
- Availability to work on-site during the stated schedule.
