A software company is seeking a junior PMO professional for a full-time hybrid role in Kfar Saba. The position supports project governance and control across multiple concurrent projects and interfaces with management, sales, project managers, finance, and external stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Support project management and governance throughout the full project life cycle, from initiation through completion.
- Plan and allocate resources according to project needs.
- Monitor budgets and maintain revenue and expense forecasts.
- Track project performance, tasks, schedules, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate ongoing work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management, sales teams, project managers, and the finance department.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
Requisitos
- At least one year of experience in a PMO role within a project management environment.
- Experience working with Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
- Experience using complex Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, and Jira.
- Strong organizational, coordination, monitoring, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, intensive environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proactive approach with the ability to identify needs and drive tasks forward.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
