A defense manufacturing organization is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to manage project planning, budgets, targets, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsabilidades
- Plan project budgets and monitor them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build work programs, analyze capacity and workloads, identify bottlenecks, and raise risks or issues.
- Plan, track, and control business and operational targets across organizational functions.
- Analyze and improve organizational processes and performance trends.
- Document lessons learned and develop improvement plans.
- Manage working interfaces and integration across organizational disciplines.
- Prepare business plans and annual budgets.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Economics.
- At least two years of experience in PMO, planning and control, or project management.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Se valora
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- Knowledge of financial reporting.
