Full-time, on-site role in central Israel focused on implementing and maintaining insurance information systems, translating business needs into system solutions, and supporting business and technology teams.
Responsabilidades
- Write functional specifications for business rules and processes
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
- Maintain system tables and process change requests
- Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve business and system processes
- Implement and maintain tables supporting operational and production processes
- Lead assigned tasks and projects from requirements through implementation
- Collaborate with business and technology teams while working independently on assigned responsibilities
Requisitos
- Professional experience in an insurance company
- Technical background and hands-on information systems experience
- Strong technical capabilities and technological orientation
- Ability to understand complex business and technology processes
- Ability to manage tasks independently from requirements through implementation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Se valora
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure environments
- Experience writing database queries
- Knowledge of insurance underwriting
