Manage clinical trial site contracting, budgeting, negotiations, invoicing, and reporting for assigned study portfolios. The role is remote in Israel and involves collaboration with study startup, clinical operations, CRO, and other internal teams.
Responsabilidades
- Negotiate clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments with assigned sites
- Manage contract activities and deliverables for assigned portfolios
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices electronically
- Track negotiations, actions, and timelines for assigned studies and sites
- Apply contracting and budgeting standards consistently across projects
- Use industry tools and data sources to provide budget and contract feedback aligned with fair market value guidance
- Coordinate with study startup, clinical operations, CRO, and other internal partners
- Identify potential delays, escalate issues, and support resolution of site activation problems
- Contribute to process improvements and study contracting metrics
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Knowledge of clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments
- Ability to explain data and support data-driven decisions
- Strong organization, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
