Manage complex, business-critical enterprise IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation, production transition, and formal closure. Coordinate technical teams, customers, vendors, and senior stakeholders while controlling scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and issues
Responsabilidades
- Manage complex IT infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle
- Define objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, success criteria, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure, networking, systems, cloud, cybersecurity, storage, backup, and operations
- Track project progress, costs, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, and constraints
- Develop mitigation and issue-resolution plans and drive projects toward timely, in-scope, high-quality delivery
- Manage customer expectations and communicate project status, risks, budgets, and decisions to customers and senior management
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, system integrators, and external technology partners
- Lead infrastructure implementation, migration, modernization, transformation, and production change activities
- Plan transitions into operational support while ensuring documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance, procedures, and management requirements
- Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and formal closure
Requisitos
- PMP certification is required
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects, including significant IT infrastructure experience
- Experience managing complex medium- to large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and vendors
- Experience working with customers, senior stakeholders, technical teams, system integrators, subcontractors, and technology partners
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Good command of English
