A real estate group is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager to lead application-focused projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support.
Responsabilidades
- Lead application-focused information systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Analyze business processes and define technological solutions with business users and managers.
- Manage coordination among vendors, users, and technology teams.
- Work with Priority, VPLAN, and project planning and management systems.
- Identify and lead AI, automation, digital, and innovation opportunities that create business and operational value.
- Support and implement new and existing information systems.
Requisitos
- Experience managing information systems projects, especially application-focused projects.
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and defining solutions with business users.
- Experience coordinating vendors, managers, business users, and multiple organizational interfaces.
- Experience managing interfaces and integrations between systems.
- Experience supporting and implementing new and existing systems.
- Strong technical orientation and the ability to learn quickly.
Se valora
- Familiarity with Priority, VPLAN, or project planning and management systems used in the construction industry.
- Understanding of AI, automation, digital transformation, and innovation.
