Engineering student internship supporting company-wide project coordination, business analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and AI-assisted data analysis. The role works with senior management and teams across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
Responsabilidades
- Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of company projects
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Prepare and maintain management reports and dashboards
- Collect and analyze data from different business areas
- Use BI tools to identify trends and areas requiring attention
- Use AI tools to improve reporting and data analysis
- Prepare reports and analysis for the CEO and management
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams
Requisitos
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Currently in the third or fourth year of study with strong academic performance
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Available to work two to three days per week
- Able to work independently, present information clearly, and collaborate with senior management
Se valora
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business systems
- Basic Python or data analytics experience
- Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports
