Lead new product introduction and operational product ownership across the product lifecycle, coordinating development, manufacturing, production, logistics, and service teams.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the primary interface between product lines and development teams across technical stages.
- Own operational product and operations-gate activities.
- Lead new product introduction, production readiness, zero-series, and series-production processes.
- Drive product lifecycle management leadership and the transition to operations.
- Manage time to production as a key performance indicator.
- Define and implement product-tree concepts and methodologies.
- Lead cost-of-goods reduction through design-for-excellence, continuous improvement, and operational leadership.
- Own change-management processes, including change control boards and engineering or factory change metrics.
- Define and execute turnkey strategies.
- Address service and logistics implications in the field.
- Lead handover to production engineering during sustain engineering.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in new product introduction, readiness and release, or engineering program management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional R&D, operations, production, and supply chain teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage KPIs and drive execution.
- Good English communication skills.
