Lead cross-functional digital initiatives from initiation and system analysis through deployment and business change.
Responsabilidades
- Lead digital transformation projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
- Analyze business processes and technical systems to document workflows and shape digital solutions.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including UX/UI, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and QA teams.
- Manage project lifecycles, including specifications, executive presentations, SIT/UAT, and go-live deployment.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of system analysis experience and 2 years of project management experience.
- Experience leading end-to-end digital projects, including specifications, timeline and risk management, system enhancements, SIT/UAT, and go-live.
- Technical experience with specifications and implementation across platforms such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SQL or Oracle, APIs, Active Directory or Entra ID, SAP/HR, reporting, and automation.
- Strong business and technical judgment, leadership, and interpersonal skills; able to manage high workloads and changing priorities.
