Development Coordinator, Institutional Giving

Support institutional fundraising and the full grant lifecycle for an international Jewish nonprofit. This remote Israel-based role is approximately 20–25 hours per week and pays ₪105–140 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and submit grant proposals, letters of inquiry, budgets, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate the full grant lifecycle, from proposal development and agreements through reporting, stewardship, and closeout.
- Track grant deadlines, deliverables, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Prepare accurate grant narratives and financial materials in Hebrew and English.
- Maintain grant records, opportunity tracking, reporting calendars, and documentation in Salesforce and other systems.
- Coordinate with Development, Finance, Israel leadership, program teams, and North American colleagues.
- Organize grant files and correspondence and provide operational support for institutional giving activities.
Requisitos
- Based in Israel and authorized to work in Israel.
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
- Experience preparing or managing grants for Israeli foundations, government ministries, or institutional funders.
- Familiarity with Israeli governmental and philanthropic funders.
- Experience with proposal development, reporting, budgeting, and compliance across the grant lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using Salesforce.
