Responsabilidades
- Design and optimize project management structures, workflows, and regional support models
- Define and monitor KPIs for team performance and operational success
- Forecast project pipeline and team capacity across locations, including offshore sites
- Own and improve project management processes as business needs evolve
- Coordinate scalable customer project execution with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Product teams
- Establish AI-assisted project management practices and identify opportunities to automate manual work
- Standardize project delivery while accommodating client-specific requirements
- Implement risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement practices
- Manage, mentor, and develop a global team of Project Managers
- Oversee project execution, prioritization, client management, and customer satisfaction
- Act as the escalation point for project risks, blockers, and critical decisions
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations
- At least 3 years of experience leading and developing project management teams
- Experience improving team efficiency and utilization in a fast-scaling environment
- Experience leading process transformation and change management
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients
- Professional experience using AI tools to improve productivity and process efficiency
- Experience working globally and managing remote employees or distributed teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent professional English
- Ability to assess business needs and translate them into practical solutions
Se valora
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, BA in Management, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or construction technology
- Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management tools
